Cancellation Policy Imprint
As a consumer you can revoke your contractual declaration within one month in the written form (e.g. letter, fax or email) without stating reasons or by returning the merchandise. The time limit commences, at the earliest, upon receipt of the cancellation policy in the written form, however not before the day the merchandise has been delivered. The punctual dispatch of the cancellation or the merchandise suffices for ensuring the cancellation time limit. Please send the cancellation to:

Exclusion of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts regarding
- delivery of merchandise which is manufactured according to customer specifications or is clearly custom-designed or which is not suitable for return shipment due to its characteristics or can perish quickly or whose expiration date would expire,
- delivery of audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs and DVDs) or software provided that you have unsealed the delivered data media.
- delivery of newspapers, journals and magazines.
Cancellation Consequences
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually rendered services are to be released and if applicable, profits which were made (e.g. interest) released. Should you not be able to release the rendered service either completely or partially or only in a declined condition, you will have to render value replacement in this respect, if applicable. This does not apply in the case of surrendered merchandise if the decline of the merchandise can be solely attributed to its examination - as it would have been possible for you in a store. Furthermore you can avoid the obligation of value replacement by not using the merchandise as an owner would and by refraining from doing anything which affects its value. Package-transportable merchandise is to be returned at our risk: non-package transportable merchandise will be picked up. You must bear the costs for return shipment corresponds to the merchandise ordered and if the amount of the merchandise which is being returned does not exceed 40.00 Euros or in the case that the price of the merchandise exceeds 40.00 Euros, you have not yet rendered the return service or a contractually stipulated partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge.
